This agreement enters in force today 28/01/2022 and it will be valid for one years. After this period it shall be tacitly renewed from year to year unless either party terminates it earlier. Terms of payment: only by order as established in price list.

All disputes arising from the performance of this agreement shall be settled through friendly negotiation. Should no settlement be reached through negotiation, the case shall be submitted by Court of Sondrio. The award of the arbitration shall be final and binding upon both parties.
