For lovers of creamy and energetic espresso. With a more accentuated percentage of Robusta, it is appreciated for the boost of energy it can give any time of day. The notes of toasted bread and caramel predominate in a more bitter coffee but which, owing to delicate roasting and the use of washed Robusta, is never excessive. Our technicians have expertly used two different varieties of natural Arabica and an excellent washed Colombian to balance the blend. Easily extracted and maintained under control, it only requires care in the phases of equipment cleaning and a machine temperature that is adjusted slightly higher.
